Baby Dinosaurs and Their Unlikely Caretakers

Today we followed the story of a 'day in the life' of two Velociraptor mongoliensis who had to quit their jobs at a Dinosaur toys childcare center due to their caring more about their next meal than for the childrens'. They really scared a very young Apatosaurus, got into a confrontation with angry parents

and even got in an argument about who would be "caring" for two little nestlings with a pair of other employees.

These are from 2002 (red) and a repaint from 2006/7 and they pretty much prove why you should always know where your kids are and exactly who is taking care of them. These are also in 1/10 scale putting them out of scale with most other (1/40) members of the Carnegie line-up, of which they are dues paying members. This actually helps them, giving them a scaled size of about 25 feet (they were actually about six or seven), and tends to improve their hunting chances.
